LEMON

Lemon is the fruit of Citrus Limonum, a tree or shrub belonging to the orange group. It is a native of India, but has been naturalized and cultivated in many sub-tropical parts of the world. It is a much-branched, thorny bush about four metres tall, bearing oval leaves and five-petaled flowers, followed by yellow ovoid fruits.
