Hugh Hefner is an American publisher. He was born in 1926 at Chicago, Illinois. He is best known as the founder of the Playboy soft-porn organisation. In June 1963 he was arrested on obscenity charges by Chicagopolice after his Playboy magazine published a pictorial entitled, 'The Nudist Jayne Mansfield'.
