Philip Livingstone was an American statesman. He was born in 1716 and died in 1778. He was a member of the New York Assembly from 1758 to 1769. He was a delegate to the Stamp-Act Congress of 1765, and a member of the Continental Congress from 1774 to 1778. He was one of the committee to prepare an address to the people of Great Britain, and a signer of the American Declaration of Independence. Research Philip Livingston
