Sylvester Stallone is an American actor. He was born in 1946 at New York. after studying drama at the University of Miami he worked in theatre in New York before working in films, starting in 'The Italian Stallion' before getting his break aftr writing the script for 'Rocky' and insisting he played the lead role in the film in return for a reduced payment for the rights.
