LINDA BASSETT

Linda Bassett is an English actress. She was born in 1950 at Pluckley, Kent. Brought up in south London, she developed a love of the stage and worked at the Old Vic theatre as an usherette before attending Leeds university where she dropped out and joined a local amateur dramatics club and later made her professional London stage debut in 1982 without any formal theatrical training.
