The Heckler and Koch P7 is a series of German small, delayed blowback, semi-automatic pistols produced in response to a German police requirement. The P7 is produced in 9 mm Parabellum and .40 Smith and Wesson calibres and takes either an 8-round (M8 model) or a 13-round (M13 model) magazine. The Heckler and Koch P7 all have a 105 mm long barrel, except the M13 Compensator model which has a longer 125 mm long barrel. The Heckler and Koch P7 are fitted with a blade foresight, notch rearsight and have a muzzle velocity of 360 meters per second firing the 9mm Parabellum round. Research Heckler and Koch P7
