The Mk F3 was a French self-propelled gun first produced in the 1960s to replace the American M41 howitzers in the French army. The Mk F3 was based on an AMX-13tank chassis mounting a 155 mm gun with a maximum range of 21.5 km, and manned by a crew of ten, two carried in the Mk F3 and a further eight in a separate carrier. The Mk F3 was powered by a SOFAM 8Gxb eight-cylinder petrol engine providing a top speed of 60 kmh and a range of 300 km. Research Mk F3
