Alive is a drama starring Ethan Hawke, Vincent Spano, Josh Hamilton and Bruce Ramsay in a story based on real events about survivors of a plane crash in the Andes resorting to cannibalism when their food runs out and there appears to be no hope of rescue. Alive was directed by Frank Marshall in 1992.
