Great Expectations is a drama starring John Mills, Valerie Hobson, Bernard Miles, Francis L Sullivan, Martita Hunt, Finlay Currie, Alec Guinness and Jean Simmons in an adaptation of Charles Dickens novel about a poor orphan boy who inherits a fortune from an unknown benefactor. Great Expectations was directed by David Lean in 1946.
