Insomnia is a crime thriller starring Al Pacino, Robin Williams, Hilary Swank, Maura Tierney, Martin Donovan, Nicky Katt, Jonathan Jackson and Paul Dooley in a story about two Los Angeles police detectives who find respite from charges of corruption when they are sent to a remote town in Alaska to investigate the murder of a teenage girl. Insomnia was directed by Christopher Nolan in 2002.
