Midnight Express is a drama starring Brad Davis, Randy Quaid, John Hurt, Irene Miracle, Bo Hopkins and Paolo Bonacelli in a story based on the true story of an American student arrested in 1970 at Istanbul airport for possessing drugs and his subsequent imprisonment. Midnight Express was directed by Alan Parker in 1978.
