Red River is a western starring John Wayne, Montgomery Clift, Joanne Dru, Walter Brennan and Coleen Gray in a story about a determined rancher embarking on an epic journey to take his cattle from Texas to Missouri to sell his herd. Red River was directed by Howard Hawks in 1948.
