ERICSSON

The USS Ericsson was an American Benson Class destroyer of 1630 tons displacement launched in 1940. The USS Ericsson was powered by four Express oil-burning boilers providing a top speed of 36.5 knots. She carried a complement of 210 and was armed with five 5 inch guns; ten smaller guns and ten 21 inch torpedo tubes arranged in two quintuple arrangements.
