GLOIRE

The Gloire was a French La Galissonniere Class cruiser of 7600 tons displacement launched in 1935. The Gloire was powered by four Indret small tube boilers providing a top speed of 31 knots and a range of 9600 km at 13 knots. She carried a complement of 540. Armaments consisted of nine 6-inch guns; eight 3.5-inch anti-aircraft guns; eight 13 mm anti-aircraft guns; four 21.7 inch torpedo tubes and four aircraft also carried.
