HERRERA

The Herrera is a French-built Peruvian PR-72P CLASS fast attack craft (Corvette) of 470 tons displacement. The Herrera is powered by four SACM AGO 240V16 diesel engines providing a top speed of 37 knots and a range of 2500 miles at 16 knots. She carries a crew of 36, but can accommodate 46 and is armed with four Aerospatiale Exocet MM38 cruise missiles; one OTO Melara 76 mm/62 gun and twin Breda 40 mm/70 guns.
