MAURY

The USS Maury was an American Gridley Class destroyer of 1500 tons displacement launched in 1938. The USS Maury was powered by four Express Type oil-burning boilers providing a top speed of 36.5 knots and a range of 12800 km at 15 knots. She carried a complement of 172 and was armed with four 5 inch dual-purpose guns; four machine-guns and sixteen 21 inch torpedo tubes arranged in four quadruple arrangements.
