RAMSAY

The USS Ramsay was an American light minelayer of 1190 tons displacement launched in 1920 as a flush deck type destroyer and converted in 1921. The USS Ramsay was powered by four oil-burning boilers providing a top speed of 35 knots. She carried a complement of 128 and was armed with four 4 inch guns and one 3 inch anti-aircraft gun.
