BURNTISLAND

Burntisland is an industrial town on the Firth of Forth Fife, Scotland. The town was originally a prosperous medieval royal burgh trading with the Baltic and France, until the trade declined after the Act of Union but prosperity returned with 19th-century industrialisation. Today, Burntisland is becoming a tourist holiday town as the industry declines.
