NILE

The Nile is the world's longest river. The Nile rises in Rwanda's Nyungwe Forest and flows 6700 km to the sea at Cairo, Egypt. Since the mid-19th century the source of the river Nile was believed to be Lake Victoria, but in 2006 a British adventurer, Neil McGrigor and his Anglo-New Zealand team of Garth MacIntyre and Cam McLeay entitled 'Ascend the Nile' traced the Nile from the sea to its source, reaching its source on March the 31st 2006, and having confirmation of the source on the 1st of April.
Nile is a township in Scioto County, Ohio, USA.
