REGINA

Regina is the capital of Saskatchewan. Originally founded in 1822 as Pile O'Bones, it was renamed
Regina in 1882 in honour of Queen Victoria, and from then until 1905 was the capital of the Northwest Territories. The city grew rapidly following the Second World War becoming an important prairie manufacturing center.
