JAGDPANTHER

The Jagdpanther (SdKfz 173) was a German tank destroyer of the Second World War based upon a Panther tank chassis with a fixed superstructure mounting an 88 mm gun. It was protected by 80 mm of well-sloped armour, weighed 45 tons, and had a top speed of 72 kph. The Jagdpanther was introduced in 1944 and about 385 were made.

JAGDPANZER IV

The Jagdpanzer IV (SdKfz 162) was a German tank destroyer of the Second World War based on the chassis of the Panzer 4 tank, it had a long 75 mm Pak 39 gun in a fixed superstructure of 80 mm, weighed 24 tons, and had a top speed of 39 kmh and a range of 210 km. The Jagdpanzer IV was manned by a crew of four. Low and easily concealed, it was a formidable weapon and some 1,300 were made from 1943 to the end of the war. From August 1944 an improved model, the Panzer IV/70(V) (SdKfz 162/1) was also produced. This was a Jagdpanzer IV armed with a longer 75 mm Pak 42 gun. The Panzer IV/70(V) first saw action during the Ardennes offensive in December 1944.

JAGDTIGER

The Jagdtiger (SdKfz 186) was a German tank destroyer of the Second World War. It was based on the Tiger I tank chassis and carried a 128 mm PaK44 gun in a fixed superstructure with 250 mm thick frontal armour. The Jagdtiger weighed 70 tons, carried a crew of six and had a top speed of 37 kmh and a range of 170 km, but its complicated electromechanical drive frequently broke down.
