WALTHER MPK

The Walther MPK is a German blowback operated selective fire sub-machine-gun produced from 1963 to 1985 and chambered for the 9mm Parabellum cartridge. It takes a 32 round box magazine and has a cyclic rate of 550 rounds per minute with a muzzle velocity of 356 meters per second. The Walter MPK has a 171 mm long barrel and a folding stock. The original design had only an automatic fire rate, later models were selectable between single shot and automatic. A long barrel version was also produced as the Walther MPL with a 257 mm long barrel and a muzzle velocity of 396 meters per second.

WZ63

The Wz63 was a Polish blowback operated, selective fire machine-pistol in service with the Polish armed forces. The Wz63 was chambered for the 9 mm X 18 cartridge which it took from a 25- or 40-round box magazine and fired in either single-shot or automatic at a cyclic rate of 600 rounds per minute. The Wz63 was fitted with a telescopic shoulder stock which could be pulled out for use as a sub-machine-gun, and pushed in for one handed use as a pistol. The foresight was of the blade type and the rear sight a flip aperture graduated at 100 and 200 meters. The Wz63 had an effective range of 40 meters as a pistol and 200 meters with the shoulder stock used and a muzzle velocity of 323 meters per second.
