Nicole Scherzinger (Nicole Elikolani Prescovia Scherzinger also known as Nicole Kea) is an American actress and musician. She was born in 1978 at Honolulu, Hawaii. Born in Honolulu, she moved to Kentucky where she was educated at performing arts high school where she won the 'Coca-Cola Classic Talent Contest'. Lead singer of the band 'Eden's Crush' she joined the band the 'Pussycat Dolls' under the pseudonym Nicole Kea, and appeared on television in 2001 in the series 'My Wife and Kids' and played Miss Puerto Rico in the 2003 film 'Chasing Papi'.

EDEN'S CRUSH

Eden's Crush were an American pop group comprised of five American teenage girls who had previously auditioned for the reality television series 'Popstars'. Their first record 'Get Over Yourself', released in 2001, was the first all-female group single to debut at number one in the American pop music charts. Later, in 2005, one of the members, Nicole Scherzinger, left the band to join the The Pussycat Dolls.

The Pussycat Dolls are an American pop group which began as a burlesque dance revue based in Los Angeles in 1995. The dance revue, which specialised in wearing lingerie and erotic dancing attracted celebrity performers and appeared in the 2003 film 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle'. Afterwards they started recording records with Nicole Scherzinger, formerly with the group 'Eden's Crush' as their lead singer. In 2005 their record 'Don't Cha' featuring guest performer 'Busta Rhymes' reached number 2 in the American pop charts and number one in the dance music charts.
