Research Results For 'Faddle'

JOSEPH MUNDEN

Joseph Shepherd Munden was an English actor. He was born in 1758 at Holborn, London and died in 1832. He made his mark at Canterbury in 1780 playing Faddle in 'The Oaks', and eventually became a leading comedian. In 1790 he went to London and acted at Covent Garden and Drury Lane.
