The Aasapan (Sciuropterus volucella) is the flying-squirrel of North America. It is an elegant little animal with folds of skin along its sides which enable it to take leaps of about 45 metres. Research Aasapan
The flying-squirrel is approximately 35 species, mainly Asian, of rodent animals that make up the subfamily Petauristinae of the squirrel family, Sciuridae.
