G W Bailey is an American actor. He was born in 1945 at Port Arthur, Texas. He is perhaps best known for his role as 'Sergeant Luther Rizzo' in the 1970's television series 'MASH'.

Police Academy is a comedy starring Steve Guttenberg, Kim Cattrall, G W Bailey, Bubba Smith, Donovan Scott, George Gaynes, Andrew Rubin, David Graf, Leslie Easterbrook, Michael Winslow, Debralee Scott and Bruce Mahler in a story about the mayor of an American city deciding to change the rules so that anybody is allowed to join the police force. Police Academy was directed by Hugh Willson in 1984.
