INVERNESS CLOAK

An Inverness cloak is a man's sleeveless cloak with a removable cape or capes draping from the shoulders. They are usually belted and made from a checked, woollen fabric. The Inverness cloak was popular around the late 19th century, and named after the town where they were made.
