KANGOL

Kangol is an English clothing company formed in 1938 by Frenchman Jacques Spreiregen at Cleator, Cumbria to produce traditional berets. Kangol produced military berets used by British and other armed forces during the Second World War. Since the 1980s Kangols soft angora hats became popular with young men in Jamaica, and later England. By the 1990s Kangol were producing a wide range of fashion clothing.
