The Lavochkin La-17 was a Soviet single-seater fighter aircraft produced in 1949, and in service through the 1950's in a secondary role to the Mig-15. The Lavochkin La-17 was a shoulder-wing cantilever monoplane of metal construction powered by an RD-45 turbojet providing a top speed of 1030 kmh.
