In Chinese mythology, Lei Gong was the storm god. A blue-skinned warrior with fangs and talons. He rode a chariot pulled by six boys, and carried a drum, a chisel and a hammer. He hammered the drum to make thunder, and the chisel to send lightning-bolts. The noise of thunder told mortals that he was riding the sky looking for evil-doers, and the lightning-blast found them out however hard they tried to hide. Research Lei Gong
