The AC Cobra (known in the USA as the Shelby Cobra and the Ford Cobra) was a British sports car built between 1962 and 1968. The AC Cobra resulted after the Texan racer, Carroll Shelby, approached AC Cars with an idea for fitting a 4.2 litre Ford V-eight engine into the light AC Ace sports car to make a competition racing car. The AC Cobra was produced with various engines between 4261 and 6997 cc capacity with power between 164 and 490 bhp providing a top speed of between 218 and 290 kmh. In 1967 the AC Cobra with seven-litre engine, won the record as the fastest accelerating production car, reaching 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds.

The Alfa 33 was a five door hatchback and estate model car made by Alfa Romeo from 1984 to 1994. The Alfa 33 came in three engine sizes: 1.5 litres with 98 BHP, 1.7 litres with 107 to 110 BHP and a 1.7 litre 16 valve edition providing 132 to 137 BHP, all of which provided about 30 mpg. The Alfa 33 was criticised for its heavy steering, poor comfort and unreliable gear change, and has subsequently proved to be at high risk to rusting.

The Alfa Romeo 147 is an Italian automobile produced in three- and five-door models since 2001 when it was voted European Car of the Year, before undergoing revisions in 2005. The Alfa Romeo 147 is marketed as a stylish family car and is powered by a 1.9 litre four-cylinder engine providing a top speed of 129 mph, acceleration of 0 to 60 mph in just under nine seconds and a combined fuel consumption of almost 48 mpg. The Alfa Romeo 147 has been plagued by reliability issues and in October 2003 models were recalled due to a fire risk caused by an engine bay wiring short circuit on cars built between January 2002 and April 2003. Another recall occurred in April 2004 due to the power-assisted steering which could fail on GTAs made between November 2000 and March 2003. In May 2005 another recall occurred due to fuel leaks discovered on cars built between May and September 2004, in September 2006 a braking fault was discovered with the space-saver spare fitted on non-GTAs made between June 2004 and February 2006 resulting in a recall of these vehicles and in October 2006 clutch issues were discovered on vehicles made between March 2003 and October 2005.

The Alvis Silver Eagle was an elegant British two-seater luxury touring automobile produced in the early 1930's in several models: sports, coupe, drophead coupe, and saloon. The Silver Eagle was the most prolific and popular of the early cars made by Alvis, with over 1300 being built before production of the Silver Eagle model ended in 1936. The Silver Eagle was powered by a two-litre six-cylinder engine providing a top speed of about 80 mph.

The Aston Martin DB7 was a classic and exclusive (only 700 were made each year) British car first produced in 1994 and produced until 2003. The original Aston Martin DB7 was powered by a 3239 cc six-cylinder engine providing 335 bhp and a top speed of 249 kmh. In 1999 a six-litre V12 engine version was produced Although the Aston Martin DB7 is fitted with four seats, in reality it is a two-seater sports car. The rear seats being totally inpracticable. The Aston Martin DB7 was produced in a standard coupe edition and in a convertible model known as the Volante.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a British hand-crafted two-seater sports car produced in a coupe and a soft-top convertible roadster model, both powered by a 4.7-litre V8 engine delivering 420 bhp providing a top speed of 180 mph and acceleration of 0 to 60 mph in just under five seconds.
