The Hajar Dewantara is an Indonesian Hajar Dewantara class frigate of 1850 tons displacement, fully loaded, launched in 1980. She carries a crew of 191 including eleven officers and is powered by one Olympus TM-3B gas turbine rated at 27250 hp and two MTU 16V 956 TB 91 diesels rated at 7500 hp providing a top speed of 26 knots on gas and 20 knots when powered by the diesel engines and a range of 6400 km at 18 knots. Armaments consist of four Aerospatiale Exocet MM38 anti-ship missiles; one Bofors 57 mm/70 anti-ship gun and four Rheinmetall 20 mm anti-aircraft guns arranged in two pairs; two 533 mm torpedo tubes; and one depth-charge projector/mortar.
