PALACIOS

The Palacios is a British-built Peruvian Daring Class destroyer of 2800 tons displacement launched in 1952. The Palacios is powered by English Electric geared turbines providing a top speed of 32 knots and a range of 4800 km at 20 knots. She carries a crew of 297 and is armed with eight Aerospatiale Exocet MM38 cruise missiles; two twin arrangements of Vickers 4.5 inch/45 Mk 6 guns and two twin arrangements of Breda 40 mm/70 guns.
