Crossfire is a crime drama starring Robert Young, Robert Mitchum, Robert Ryan, Gloria Grahame, Paul Kelly and Sam Levene in a story based on the book by Richard Brooks about a soldier being protected by some fellow soldiers after he murders a Jewish war veteran, and being pursued by a tenacious policeman. Crossfire was directed by Edward Dmytryk in 1947.
