TABUK

The Tabuk is an American-built Pakistani Brooke Class frigate of 2640 tons displacement launched in 1966. The Tabuk is powered by a geared turbine providing a top speed of 27.2 knots and a range of 6400 km at 20 knots. The
Tabuk carries a crew of 277 and is armed with a GDC Standard MR-SM1 Block IV Mk 22 Mod 0 surface-to-air missile launcher; a Honeywell ASROC; Mk 116 octuple torpedo launcher; one USN 5 inch/38 Mk 30 gun and two arrangements of triple 324 mm Mk 32 torpedo tubes taking the Honeywell Mk 46 Mod 5 torpedo. A Seasprite helicopter is also carried.
