Tamzin Outhwaite is an English actress. She was born in 1970 at Ilford, Essex. She first became noticed playing the part of 'Melanie Healy' from 1998 to 2002 in the soap-opera 'Eastenders' before going on to play 'Sgt Jo McDonagh' in the television show 'Red Cap'.
