The 7.65 mm Model 48 was a Hungarian made copy of the German Walther PP pistol, and used by the Hungarian police force.

The Kirrikale was a Turkish copy of the Walther PP pistol produced from 1948 to 1954. The Kirrikale was chambered for the 7.65 mm Browning or 9 mm Short cartridge, took a 7-round magazine and had a 95 mm barrel.

The MKE are Turkish blowback operated pistols based on the German Walther PP pistol and produced in two models, 9 mm Short calibre and 7.65 mm calibre. The MKE take a 7-round box magazine, have a blade foresight and a notch rearsight and an effective range of 30 metres. They have a muzzle velocity of between 260 and 280 metres per second and a rate of fire of 35 rounds per minute.

The P-64 was a Polish designed pistol with some features copied from the German Walther PP pistol. The P-64 was a blowback, single or double-action, semi-automatic military pistol produced from 1964 to 1984 that combined elements of the Makarov pistol with the basic Walther PP design. The P-64 was chambered for the 9 mm Makarov cartridge which it took from a 6-round magazine and had a 84 mm barrel. The P-64 was fitted with a blade foresight and notch rearsight. It had an effective range of 50 metres and a muzzle velocity of 314 metres per second and a rate of fire of 30 rounds per minute.

The PA-63 was a Hungarian double-action blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol based on the German Walther PP pistol. The PA-63 was chambered for the 9 mm cartridge which it took from a 7-round box magazine. It had a blade foresight, notch rearsight and an effective range of 50 metres with a muzzle velocity of 315 metres per second.

The Walther PPK is a blowback, double-action semi-automatic pistol originally designed as a concealed weapon, a smaller version of the Walther PP, for plain clothed police detectives in 1931. It has a calibre of 7.65 mm and takes a 7-round magazine. Various alternative calibre versions are now made including .22 inch, 6.35 mm and 9 mm. The Walther PPK has a muzzle velocity of 280 metres per second and an effective range of 40 metres. It is fitted with a blade foresight and notch rearsight.

The Vz 50 was a Czechoslovakian semi-automatic, double-action, blowback-operated pistol similar in appearance to the Walther PP and the Walther PPK models. Sites were fixed, comprising a blade foresight and a notch rearsight. The Vz 50 was chambered for the 7.65 mm round which it took from an 8-round box magazine. The Vz 50 had an effective range of 40 m and a muzzle velocity of 280 metres per second and a rate of fire of 35 rounds per minute.

The Walther PP is a German blowback, semi-automatic service pistol introduced in 1929 for uniformed police service. The Walther PP was chambered for the 7.65 mm (.32 ACP), 9 mm Short cartridge, the .22 Long Rifle and some for the 6.35 mm .25 ACP cartridge, took an 8-round magazine and originally had a 85 mm barrel, modified to 99 mm in models made after 1945. The Walther PP had an effective range of 40 metres and a muzzle velocity of 290 metres per second firing the 7.65 mm cartridge.
