Wendy Padbury is an English actress. She was born in 1947 at Stratfor-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire. She made her television debut in 1964 as 'Stevie' in the soap-opera 'Crossroads' before going on to play 'Zoe' from 1968 to 1969 in the television series 'Dr Who', before playing 'Rosemary Roberts' in the soap-opera 'Emmerdale Farm' during 1987
