The Maverick Queen is a Western starring Barbara Stanwyck, Barry Sullivan, Scott Brady, Howard Petrie and Mary Murphy in a story based on the novel by Zane Grey about a woman who operates a saloon which is a notorious hang-out for an outlaws, and falls for a gunman new in town unaware that he is in fact an undercover detective. The Maverick Queen was directed by Joseph Kane in 1955.
